Abstract


Management approach strategy into a comprehensive approach in achieving the company's
competitive advantage. Companies no longer viewed from one aspect, but on the whole
aspect or dimension within the company. In order for the company is able to achieve
competitive advantage, the ability in managing the internal and external environment
becomes an important key to success. Therefore, knowledge management strategy is essential
to understand by all levels of management within the company to achieve competitive
