Abstract
Researchers are particularly interested in the study of this journal to talk about important
issues and to update you about the relationship between the two countries, and discuss the
relationship between economic growth (economic growth) and innovation (innovation) that
is emerging. This time, researchers really like to discuss two policy tools (policy) used by the
Indonesian government to promote economic growth through innovation: the rights of
intellectual property private (private intellectual property rights) and the competition is
based on the market (market-based competition) , Promoting innovation with the terms used
by the President of the 'creative economy' is very important as a goal for the community, one
of two things that are very well known or liked by our government. Some time ago, the
Development Research Center of Intellectual Property has held a symposium that examined
how the rights of intellectual property would stimulate (push) innovations made by
companies, State-Owned Enterprises (government) or private companies with the bodies of
his research. By considering the topic this time, I begin by discussing the differences between
the invention (invention), innovation (innovation), and competition (competition), and how
these concepts can walk or in line and in tune to promote the economic growth of our
country.
