Abstract

Education is basic need of Indonesia citizen, it’s need to manage and support as weel as to encourage the globalization era. It’s as the treatment for Indonesia Human Resources Development, especially in education field. Whatever the teachers as the front row in this field because they are the first subject to make the Indonesian People have the wellknown. There are several management to raising teachers’s  performance, such kind the incentive brought. This decision purposes for the growth of teacher’s performance.
